Flint Hills Festival When: Saturday, May 20, 2017 Time: 10am-5pm Where: Flint Hills Discovery Center, 315 S. 3rd St, Manhattan, KS Come “feel the Flint Hills” with live music, food trucks, beer and wine and lots of children's activities at this year's annual Flint Hills Festival!  Don't like waiting in lines? If you're twenty-one or older, you can visit the beer and wine tent the day of Festival and present your photo ID to receive six sampling tickets.
